Under this program, we provide capacity building training, partnership building, and sustainability assistance in all areas. By building capacity and leveraging strengths among individual and organization we build needed skills and knowledge of individual and organizations to do their jobs competently.

IO provides support on human rights education, advocacy, monitoring, documentation and reporting. Human rights education programs are designed to increase understanding and commitment to respect for human rights on the part of both citizens and government.

Good Governance

Good Governance
On this key result area, Impact Organization will make every effort to promote good governance among the community, CSOs and government to inculcate their legitimacy in undertaking social accountability initiatives. The organization will play a more active role in empowering CSOs, government and community in a bid to promote good democratic governance. In addition, deliberate efforts will be made to enhance civic competence by taking part in provision of civic education.

The advocacy will aim to increase the awareness on the fulfillment of basic rights and supporting the government in complying national and international legal frameworks towards achieving national priorities and MDGs.

Gender mainstreaming
Gender mainstreaming is a core and integral part of our programmes and we advocate for gender equity and equality at all levels. Local data, country/provincial situation analysis and national data provide a solid platform for gender friendly and gender sensitive programming in the provinces.

Monitoring and evaluation

Monitoring and evaluation
Progress towards program achievements will be monitored thorough out program planning cycle from situation assessment to post implementation. Specific measures such as baseline assessments/surveys, Knowledge, attitude and practices (KAP) studies, review meetings, process and outcome indicators and joint visits will be put in place to ensure quality of service deliveries.
